Let’s jump straight in. It is that time of year again, which means Black Friday and Cyber Monday are everywhere. And while I could just list a bunch of Amazon discounts that are not actually deals, I would rather do something more useful.
So I dug through all of my YouTube analytics to find the most purchased products across the entire channel, along with a few of my favorite things that have found their way onto my desk this year. These are the items that people genuinely bought. They are the ones I trust and the ones I use.

Dell 40” Ultrasharp Monitor
Weirdly, this is the most purchased product across my entire channel for the past year. I reviewed it a while ago, and it performed really well, but I was still surprised to see it at the top.
The Dell 40” Ultrasharp Monitor is a beautiful 40 inch 5K display with a resolution of 5120 by 2160, running at 120 Hz on an IPS Black panel. The colors are great, the sharpness is excellent, and it has a light 2500R curve that feels natural.

Samsung 57” Odyssey G9
This is the monitor that has lived on my desk for almost two years. It is huge. It is ridiculous. And it is easily one of my favorite productivity upgrades.
This version is the Mini LED model with a resolution of 7680 by 2160. That is basically two 4K monitors stitched together. It can go up to 240 Hz, but since I am using a MacBook Air most of the time, I run it at 120 Hz.
For productivity, this thing is unreal. I can have scripts open, emails, messages, browsers, research tabs, all at once, without overlapping anything. Just glancing left or right to pull up information has been a massive time saver in my workflow.

This is one I use every single day. The Caldigit TS5 is what lets me connect a USB C MacBook Air to the Samsung 57 inch G9, which does not have USB C built in.
